The New York office of Epstein Becker & Green is accepting applications from 1L students interested in participating in the Firm’s 1L Diversity Pipeline Program and returning for their 2L summer as part of the Firm’s 2027 and 2028 Summer Associate Programs, in the Firm’s Employment & Labor Workforce Management practice. Students who accept a dual 1L/2L summer offer will receive a $10,000 bonus upon successfully completing their 1L summer with the Firm.
Because the number of joint 1L/2L summer positions is limited, applicants are strongly encouraged to apply separately for the 2L (2028) Summer Associate Program at the same time.

Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. is seeking a current 3L law student to join the Health Care & Life Sciences Practice in the Fall of 2027. This is a full-time position with structured training, mentorship and client exposure located in either the Washington DC, Chicago, Nashville, or New York office.
As a first year associate, you will work alongside experienced attorneys within the Health Care & Life Sciences Practice, gaining hands-on experience across a range of complex legal matters. You will have the opportunity to develop your legal skills through substantive assignments, legal research and writing, regulatory analysis, and collaboration with colleagues to deliver practical, business-focused solutions for clients.
